The present study assessed the impact of trainings on the nutritional knowledge of farm women in Tonk district of Rajasthan during the period 2018–2022. Three villages of Newai block, namely Sangrampura, Damodarpura, and Motipura, were selected purposively for the investigation. A total sample of 75 farm women (25 from each village), belonging to low and middle socioeconomic groups and aged between 18–40 years, participated in the study. A semi-structured, pre-tested questionnaire was used to assess nutritional knowledge before and after the training interventions. The results revealed a significant improvement in knowledge related to balanced diet, nutrition gardening, development of low-cost recipes, processing and cooking practices, designing high nutrient efficiency diets, value addition, minimization of nutrient loss during processing, and storage loss minimizing techniques. Among the selected villages, Sangrampura recorded the highest knowledge gain across all nutrition education components, followed by Damodarpura and Motipura. The findings highlight the effectiveness of structured nutrition education programmes in enhancing nutritional awareness and practices among rural farm women.
