What to Include in Your Message

Queries are answered faster when the message identifies the paper. Give the article title, the corresponding author’s name, and the volume and issue if the paper has already appeared. For a submission that is still under review, quote the title exactly as it was submitted.

Working Hours and Response

The office is open 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Messages that arrive outside those hours are picked up on the next working day. If a query has not been answered after a reasonable wait, send it again with the same subject line rather than starting a new thread — it keeps the history together.
