An investigation was undertaken to study the effect of foliar spray of sulphate of potash and potassium nitrate on yield and quality of pomegranate Cv. Phule Bhagwa Super during 2023-2024 in Randomized Block Design with eight treatments and three replications. The foliar application of different potassium sources was carried out twice as first spray at sixty days after fruit set and second spray at ninety days after fruit set. The results revealed that the maximum TSS (15.600Brix), reducing sugars (13.67%), non-reducing sugars (1.43%), total sugars (15.18%), anthocyanin content of arils (29.77 mg/100 g) and anthocyanin content of rind (6.60 mg/100 g) with less acidity (0.34%) was recorded in the fruits obtained in plants treated with foliar spray of 4 per cent sulphate of potash compared to other treatments and at par with 3 per cent sulphate of potash whereas lower values with higher acidity (0.38%) was found in the control treatment.
