The purpose of this study is to better understand how agricultural processing facilities might incorporate single-pass dryers (SPDs) to improve the drying, processing, and packing of maize. Given the significance of maize in world agriculture, processing them optimally can boost productivity and cut waste. With the SPD system, drying can be done effectively in just one cycle thanks to its streamlined methodology. The advantages of incorporating an SPD system into current agricultural processing workflows are assessed by our research, which focuses on drying effectiveness, product quality, and operational expenses. The study also looks at how to best handle and package seeds to maximize productivity and preserve quality along the supply chain. This study intends to increase productivity and sustainability in the agricultural industry by offering insights into improving maize processing.
